Title: Account Manager

As Account Manager at RXM Creative, a boutique ad agency in New York, I oversaw and managed the relationship for global clients such as Ray-Ban. Serving as the liaison between the client and RXM, I maintained client expectations and communicated the client’s agenda to the creative team in order to stay on-brief. I handled proposals, and delivered client reports to determine progress. My role included wearing many hats outside of client management as well—from overseeing production, to establishing influencer relations, and concepting select content creation.
