Title: Account Manager

As Account Manager of Sunglass Hut for RXM Creative, a boutique ad agency in New York, I managed all client relations and served as the primary point of contact between the client and the agency. This included overseeing that the creative team’s efforts stayed in line with the clients’ agenda, and focusing on overall client retention. In this role, I also worked in tandem with the agency’s art directors to develop an evergreen social media strategy where we featured a new city and country every month on the global Sunglass Hut Instagram account, @sunglasshut. I sourced all featured photographers from various outposts around the world, and assisted the art director in conceptualizing photoshoots and creating shot lists for assets centered around Sunglass Hut. Through a range of visuals, we diversified the brand’s persona and expanded overall brand awareness. (I also shot photographs for a series on Spain, featured in some of the images below).

 

 Fashion Weeks

Sunglass Hut was an official sponsor of London Fashion Week for two seasons in a row. To capitalize on the buzz generated from this global event, I strategized a September campaign to spotlight influencers attending the fashion weeks. Sunglass Hut partnered with a host of influencers from different countries to do takeovers for each particular fashion week—New York, London, Milan and Paris. Each influencer received Sunglass Hut shades to style with their outfits throughout the week and were required to tag the brand, which drew audiences to Sunglass Hut’s social channels and viewership of videos and photos increased tenfold.
